Description:
This program is designed to assist the learner in understanding
the differences between sadness and depression. The speaker
discusses the demographics of depression among distinct populations
providing hospice staff and volunteers identifiable risk factors
for depression in patients at the end of life. Symptoms and
treatments for depression are also examined.
