Description:
This course provides a general overview of the death rituals
for the most common religions in the U.S, explaining basic
beliefs and traditions, how each group handles the body after
death, and information on the preparation and viewing of the
body.
Objectives:
- Learner will describe basic religious beliefs in major US
religions.
- Learner will compare end of life care needs
of each tradition.
- Learner will be able to help a family with end of life and
funeral preparation.
